REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method for the product price only (shipping fees are non-refundable).
Please allow some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Note: Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund unless the product is faulty or the wrong item was sent.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at shop@gimicradio.com with photos to speed up the process.
In such cases, returns are free of charge.
EXCHANGES

Pick-up orders: If you selected local pickup, we offer free exchanges. The product must meet the return conditions listed above. Email shop@gimicradio.com to arrange an exchange.

Shipped orders: For shipped orders, we do not offer free exchanges at this time. Please contact us at shop@gimicradio.com to process a return and place a new order if needed.
